OUR STORY

What started as a passion for baking and a necessity for my son and I, who both live with Celiac disease, is how Sweet As Gluten turned into a business. Wanting our son, and others like him, to enjoy the same foods as his friends, was the core catalyst in the creation of our company. 

 

After several years of many trial and errors, I have perfected my recipes to bring you delicious cakes, breads, pastries and treats that taste even better than the "real" thing!  Sharing my baked goods within my community, and knowing I am making a difference in people’s food happiness, is a great feeling.
